Lucenti

Support

A bug, an idea, a question — write to support@lucenti.app. We read every message. In the app, Profile → Contact support → Write an email opens an email with your app version already filled in, which helps us find problems faster.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: in Lucenti, open Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription and tap Cancel. Or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lucenti.

Android: open the Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lucenti and tap Cancel.

You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Will I be charged after the free week?

Only if you keep the subscription. The free week turns into the yearly plan when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Lucenti reminds you two days and one day before the week is over. If you cancel during the free week, you won’t be charged and you keep access until it ends.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them:

I paid, but Lucenti asks me to subscribe again

Tap Restore purchase at the bottom of the subscription screen, or in Profile → Subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. A subscription bought on iPhone can’t be restored on Android, or the other way round, unless you use the same Lucenti account on both.

I have a new phone. How do I keep my habits?

Sign in to Lucenti with the same account on the new phone, and your habits, history, notes, photos and sounds come back. Without an account, your data lives only on the old phone and in that phone’s own backup.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete your account — in the app or by email, and what is deleted.

My reminders don’t arrive

Check that notifications for Lucenti are allowed in your phone’s settings, and that the reminder is switched on for that habit, event or task. On Android, battery saving can delay notifications; allowing Lucenti to run in the background helps.
